What happens
A cut visit in four parts

Step 1: Talk
We look at your pattern, your part and how you wear your hair, and agree the shape. About 15 minutes.
- 02
Step 2: Cut dry
We cut curl by curl, standing you up and sitting you down, to see how each section springs back. About 45 minutes.
- 03
Step 3: Wash and style
Shampoo, conditioner and a style your way: diffused, air-dried or set. About 30 minutes.

Step 4: Your routine
A written routine for your pattern and a time for your next trim. About 5 minutes.
A first cut takes about 90 minutes in all.

Will you cut my hair wet?
We can, if you prefer, but we start dry. Dry hair shows its real shape.
How often should I come back?
Many people book a shape-up every few months. Your stylist will suggest a schedule for your pattern.
Can I bring a photo?
Please do. A photo helps us talk about length and shape, though your pattern decides what is possible.
